Gabrielle's Pony Cake

Helping my friend mould the Pony figurines, castle, rainbow with name and decorated this cake together with her (specially for her grandchild). She bakes both cakes, torte and crumbcoat before I reach her place... sweet! It was a FUN day for me :)

Golf Cap for Jim

Made this Golf Cap shape cake for Jim.  Before cutting the cake, adults were having FUN signing the cap with birthday wishes written (picture on the right).  Jim's wife wrote "爱你一生一世" (so sweet!!).

Orange Bag Cake

A 3D carved Bag Cake I made last month.  Am really Happy that Ginny likes it.  Thanks Ginny for the collage picture at the right side.

Baby Full Month Cake Specially for KC & family

Specially made this for friend's baby full month celebration...... When I was baking the cake, KC's auntie dropped by to deliver the 'Red eggs & cake'.  Am glad that KC and his wife like it.  Of all the details here, I especially like the Minnie, pig and goose.  Btw, cake size is 7" + 5" two tier round Red Velvet cakes ^.^

SpiderMan with BIG Spider Webs

Cars theme cake for Gabriel

Gabriel's cars theme cake.... seriously I like this cake (Gabriel's mom leaves to me to decide on everything on this cake).  The Red car is a lot bigger than normal figurine I made, cake size is 9" round cake.... Mini cakes for Angela's nieces

Made three mini cakes for Angela's nieces.  Those figurines were last minute moulded..... had wanted to make Hokkaido Durian cake for her to try before she is back to US but was really busy with this cake and no time to go out buy durian ^.^

KM's iCake

iPhone 5 cake.  Those icons were done freehand, pretty happy with the result ^.^  Most importantly the recipient and family like it.  

My Melody for Pretty Vanessa

This morning Vanessa and parents came over to collect this cake.  She is really pretty and cheerful.  Love her big big eyes.  Last year her cake theme was Carebear and Doreamon ^.^

Btw this cake is 7" round (don't normally make this size, it's for family celebration).

Am glad to receive this 'Happy Family' picture from Vanessa's mom (posted the picture here with her consent, thank you). See the sweet pretty girl who asked me to take care (only 2 y.old kid), hehe.

Dual Celebrations with Giant Cupcake, Popcorn and Cake

This cake was made last week and I accidentally deleted my whole album (pictures all gone).  I only left with these two pictures from another hp (better than none).  Cake size is equivalent to 8"+5" round cakes. Specially made for Sarah (for her full month celebration with Minnie's milk bottle & pacifier) and elder brother Joshua (for his second birthday with Mickey but I have no time to mould toy for him).

Yellow Lego Racing Car

Every year I get excited to make Lucius's cake.... For the past years Lucius had Ferris Wheel and KaiLan theme (3rd birthday); 3D Carved Thomas cake (2nd birthday); Safari theme (1st birthday).  This year Lucius's mum said he is into Lego blocks and she also requested for any type of yellow car since Lucius likes his yellow car.  I was thinking since I am making Lego theme, why not make a Lego yellow car.... am glad I did that.... Lucius brought along his yellow car which coincidentally very similar to the one I made (extra joys).

Mia's Castle theme with Pretty Princesses

This cake is really 'heavy' 10"+8" two tier round cakes.  Mia's mom provided the princesses toys, so far these are the nicest princesses I seen (like them all).  I will usually refer to previous cakes I made for birthday child so that I will not do something similar again;  for this cake I don't need to as J wanted something similar to the Kyrene's castle cake with minor changes (added a carriage and the position of the princesses are not same).  Here are the link to Mia's previous cake (click on the title for the link), 2D Hello Kitty Shaped cake and Pocoyo theme

A cake I made last week.  I love the Daisy Duck with her 3D eyelashes.  Cake size is 9" single tier round cake.

Rock Garden

Specially made for my friend....A lady figurine enjoying her coffee at the Rock Garden..... had wanted to make a book next to her but was busy and running out of time.  Glad that she and her family love it and the taste of the cake too (cherries chocolate cake, yum yum!)

Little Pony for Gabby

Gabby's mom K told me that she wanted Pony theme for her 7 y.old birthday party (Gabby didn't have party last year).  After I checked back all her previous years' cake, I realised that Gabby didn't really have pink colour cake (other than her first birthday from me in year 2008....for whatever reasons I am not sure why I didn't do a pink cake for this sweet little Gabby, as K always leave the designs to me)... I like these moulded ponies, castle and rainbow went well with them. I must admit that the rainbow is really big and was really stress that it might break before I put on the cake .... will I be making this size rainbow again????  Honestly I am not sure.......

One Eye Minion

Another small cake (equivalent to 7" round cake size).  I enjoy making this cake.  This is really a FUN cake to make.  Love it ^.^

Veges Soup Pot

Painted the side of the Pot based on my Corning ware pattern :)  I am quite happy with it for someone who didn't attend any painting class other than what I learnt during my school days time.  The rest of veges were freehand made.  Pot is cake.

3D Pink Bunny for Ern Tong

Carved this little Bunny for Ern Tong, is her 4th Birthday.... the cake is very small. 

Purple Giant Dragon with Princess in Tower

I was given a picture to make this cake, instead of orange dragon, was asked to make a PURPLE dragon.  Am happy to see the end result of this cake :)

Vintage Sewing Machine for Mum

This is a very special cake I made for mum.  I don't know how much time I spend in making this..... weather is really not very good then and the black fondant is so sensitive to wet weather..... used lots of black fondant.  I am so happy that every like this especially my dearest mum.  Looking at mum's joyful face, worth every minute spent in making this!!  Now is time to rush for my CNY cookies and Lapis cakes........ running out of time..... 

Eiffel's Clubhouse Cake theme

I remember Eiffel's cake so well for last year (same name with same theme cake last year... it was for Eiffel's full month celebration, click here to view the picture).  It is almost a year now.... time flies....

Few weeks before the party, Eiffel's mom & dad sent me those little Disney toys they bought.  Really like those toys, the Donald Duck has a float with it.  First thing cross my mind was "water" for this cake (afterall Eiffel's mom leaves the entire design to me. So I decided to carve the cake).  The two pink and red ball with 'tranparents Mickey and Minnie' supposed to glow after shaked (I didn't test it out though).

Janelle's Bubble Guppies cake

Last year Janelle had a Strawberry Shortcake theme (click link here to view last year's cake picture), and this year she wanted Bubble Guppies and specifically requested for Bubble Puppy.... Here's the cake for Janelle's 6th Birthday party.  Happy that they like the cake ^.^
