Longevity cake

A very rush job that I completed this cake the day before I left for holiday, all in I spent less than 24 hours to complete this cake from coming out with the design, moulding figurines to the end products... I was delighted to see all the happy faces (as it's too personal to upload picture of celebrations, sorry that I'm not able to share the picture of celebration/joys here)....

The word "Shou" was free hand written, so are the Chinese wordings "Happy Birthday". Big peaches represents father and mother, small peaches are the children and the below hand painted peaches were for grandchildren (not enough time to mould tiny peaches....).

I have not watched this show before, all I know is the kids' favourite now. Got picture of Omnitrix from internet and try to do it as closed as possible.

I made this cake for my daughter with lots of LOVE! We all have great time in ice skating ring. Thanks for all the little princesses who join us and also special thanks to the parents who take time to send your daughter here. THANK YOU!

Baby swimming with Sesame

Oh no, cookie monster can't swim, he needed a float .... (float with the date of birth on it as requested by Javier's mom). 10"+6" two tier round cakes.

Princesses

All are plastic figurines except for carriage. Two tier cakes covered with whipped cream.

Isaac's Pokemon cake

All figurines were hand moulded except for Pikachu and the small yellow ball on cake board. Cakes were covered with buttercream.

I'm totally clueless of how this CJ7 looks like.... got the picture from internet (that's the beauty of search engine) and here's he/she is.

SShortcake

To welcome Cheralynn who is turning one month, instead of doing the usual SShortcake design with stripes or strawberry, think a house will be more appropriate. Top tier figurines were provided by Cheralynn's mom, I added SS's dog and cat on bottom tier.

Baby Driving

Of all the figurines I've made so far, I like this baby driving most. Thanks to TL's mom for allowing to mould anything (she only requsted for an animal and a stuff to represent sport). The dog is on skate board, after moulding, find that the dog is too big for the skate board or rather the skate board is too small for the dog, hence I added a big soccer ball to the cake.

Cuppies

Did some cuppies for the main cake (main cake design uploaded before, hence will not be uploaded again).

Princesses castle

This cake is for twins', Audrey and Ashley, first birthday celebration. I was given a castle picture and honestly I'm not fan of those normal castle cakes we used to see on internet (sorry to say that)..... and I'm glad that "P" gave me permission to change the design a little (as long as it's castle look a like cake).

When I see those little figurines and candle provided by "P", am so excited (yes am reallly excited .... and look forward to complete the cake which at that point is not due yet). I can't help myself to start moulding the little carriage (which is not in the original design plan, I always get carried away with this and add more and more stuffs, eventually when I've the request for same design during the period where my schedule is very tight, I will find it hard to juggle my time to meet the requirements....).

Am really happy with how this cake turned out and now I LIKE castle cake (hehe). Thanks "P" for so accommodative in collection time, appreciate it very much.

No 1 shaped cake for Ariel

This cake is carved from 8"+6" square cakes. The cake is rather big and I must admit that it's not easy to cover the whole cake with fondant.

Minnie for Nicole

This Minnie is much bigger than usual figurine I made. She is sitting on an 8" square cake (you could now figure out how big she is ...).

Anderson's car & train

Specially made the baby in car for Anderson... he's so cute and I can't help myself to mould this baby. The empty space next to the car is for No 1 candle. Happy Birthday Anderson!

Sunshine baby Piglet is sitting on the chair made of wood. Number 1 shaped is carved from an 8" square cake.

Ballerina Dora

I was told that Ashley likes to dance, her favourite colour is purple and she wanted Dora theme for her party. Here's what I came out with.... (this Dora here is not the usual adventurous Dora).

It took me hours just to do the skirt (I think I'm really slow with those frills)... was telling my friend "K" that I'll not make that again next time BUT after looking at this skirt, I really like it and think I will do that again if I've the chance to (hehe).

Gerrard's Sesame train

Something similar to what I had done before except that the size of cake is smaller and position of the characters changed slightly. This cake is 9"+6" two tier round cake.

Not the real "terracota".... it's just the way they were placed in the boxes make them look like terracota... haha.

Aralyn's mom gave me the descriptions for the cake she wanted, I made the figurines bigger this time....

Princess and 'Dad' celebration

Instead of with prince, SY Princess is celebrating her birthday with daddy. Guess all parents in the world will do everything to make our child happy.... since SY likes princess and wanted to have sweet girly cake, hence it's covered with pink fondant (the bow was added last minute after talking to SY's mom, thanks for your inputs).

Eeyore....

Jiaxuan's mom wanted something similar to my previously done design except that Eeyore is the STAR. Of all characters, Eeyore is my favourite, am really happy to do my favourite STAR.

Jovann's train cake

Am really happy that Jovann's mom (thank you for your email) told me that everyone likes the design and taste of cake. It's a good start for the week... Yipee!

Ian's Jungle animals

I do not upload duplicate cake designs nowadays (since there is no change in colour or design of cake) but this is exceptional.... as I like it very much. I was allowed to have very minor changes to the earlier jungle animals cake I made. Those minor changes are face of giraffe and lion, hippo's posture, crocodile and effect of water (sounds like a lot of changes but all are very minor). Hope you are not bored with this duplicate picture.... oh ya, No 1 candle is not included.

Travis's 1st Birthday Cake
